hela Sverige Are you a passionate communicator who easily engages others? We are happy to offer an opportunity for a Senior Internal Communications Specialist to join us in shaping the future of internal communications at Stena Line!
In this role, you will ensure that internal communication is not only aligned with our business strategy but also champions our brand identity. As a crucial member of the Brand & Communication department, you will work towards building internal pride, safeguarding our brand, and driving engagement throughout our organisation.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Driving the internal communication at Stena Line and continuing to strengthen the internal communications channel across the company.
- Integrate and uphold the internal communications structure on Group level and together with the internal communications team develop an internal communication strategy to help engage and empower employees.
- Build the structure for internal communication on a regional level together with the regional management teams.
- Coach/train leaders in the organisation in communication
- Develop engaging content for all internal communication channels.
- Support the HR organisation in communication to drive engagement.
- Be part of the Stena Line Crisis Communication Team

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal communication, with a deep understanding of effective communication strategies.
• Excellent writing skills with a proven record of engaging your audience
- Experience in working both strategic and operational
- Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus
