hela Sverige This person is responsible for supporting all aspects of Human Resources for the office in Kista, Stockholm. This position will be a member of a European team of six, sharing the support for 450 staff members across Europe.
Responsibilities:
HR Generalist responsibilities include supporting a variety of human resources programs and policies, including employee relations, compensation, benefits and training.
Assignements may include development, implementation, and evaluation of programs or policies, and will focus on service delivery within assigned countries.
You will also have responsibility for driving the recruiting process in assigned locations. You will be required to manage all aspects of of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and closing candidates with a high emphasis on quality.
Qualifications:
BS Degree or equivalent in Human Resources Managemen or related field required.
Minimum 8 + years Human Resource Generalist experience.
Experience in a software or high tech company preferred.
Experience using multiple recruiting sources including cold calling and Web.
Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
Strong written and verbal Swedish and English language skills required.
