About the position

In this role, you will oversee the implementation and coordination of our employee strategy. The primary goal is to ensure organizational efficiency by nurturing the right skills and fostering a stimulating and functional work environment.

You will report to Head of HR and Sustainability.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting managers in matters relating to employees, their employment relationship, employer responsibility and labour law issues

• Responsible for negotiations in the event of organizational changes with trade unions

• Ensuring compliance with labour law, collective agreements, rehabilitation and work environment

• Ensure effective employee onboarding and offboarding programs

• Responsible for updating policies, employee handbook, personnel statistics and efficient personnel administration and systems

• Drive and ensure activities in the "HR wheel" during the year, performance appraisals, salary reviews, holiday planning, employee surveys, etc.

• Administrative tasks in collaboration with an external partner linked to payroll management and follow-up of salary payments, public reports and insurance

• Responsible for office space and administration in relation to the office

• Running development projects in HR such as training initiatives and Performance Management

• Work with skills supply and recruitment in consultation with managers and management

• Ongoing review HR processes and actively drive change and improvement initiatives in the HR area

Qualifications:

• University education in Human Resources or equivalent

• At least 5 years of experience within HR

• Project management skills and experience of project implementation work

• Experience from workplaces with collective agreements

• Good knowledge of labour law and work environment conditions

• Experience of change management

• Good system understanding and experience of working with personnel administration

• Experience in payroll administration

• Successfully worked with building company culture

• Fluent communication and English language skills

• Communication abilities

Type of employment: Permanent, Full-time


Start date: As soon as possible


Office based / Home based: Office based. It is possible to work remotely one day a week.
