Dina arbetsuppgifterWe are looking for a senior analyst with experience from Transaction Advisory Services to Stockholm office, Sweden.
Description of department and assignments
The assignments consists of doing financial due diligence and other advisory in business transactions. The work include lots of international contacts within the global network of PwC and a close cooperation with our colleagues in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmo.
Utbildning och erfarenhetRequirements
• At least 15 years experience across financial client services and corporate accounting
• Excellent financial analytical skills
• Willingness to participate in marketing and business development,demonstrating a proactive approach to the marketplace
• Proven project and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advantageously you have a degree as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Advantageously you have a degree as a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor
• Advantageously you have experience from working with Swedish clients
• Ability to manage and motivate others, where required in the role
• Ability to meet deadlines in a pressurised working environment.
• We are seeking a Quick decision-maker who finds solutions despite time restrictions, data availability, or other constraints
• Proven ability to foster relationships by servicing existing clients while pursuing new market opportunities.
