About the position
We are looking for experienced software engineers with documented experience in embedded software development preferably within the automotive business. We can also very well see applications from skilled gaming software engineers. You will work in a dynamic and challenging environment with extensive interaction with our current professional and our customers. You will lead medium and large projects from system specification level to a documented and validated product. You will most likely be hired as a Group Manager with the responsible of 5 to 6 highly motivated engineers.
The work location is Gothenburg, but some traveling might be included in the position.
Qualifications
• University degree or equivalent experience in electronic /software engineering
• Detailed knowledge and at least 3-5 years experience with embedded C/C++
• Strong in problem solving and embedded software debugging skills
• A general understanding of hardware design e.g. micro controllers and memory components
• Familiar with the use of real-time operating systems
• Knowledge of CAN protocols like J1939 is an advantage
• Good social skills in communication, decision making and self-management
• Able to work towards deadlines and be focused on results
• Project management skills
• Fluency in the English language
• Good motivator
• Team player
