In this role we require proven advanced training in Project Management, or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leading projects, preferably in a technical environment. In addition to this, you possess analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data. You have knowledge and experience working with various technology platforms and as a leader you can provide strong leadership skills and a successful track record of managing business change. You have knowledge in following areas:· extensive knowledge and experience in project management, including managing and leading teams and stakeholders· extensive knowledge of project governance processes including risk management techniques· intermediate knowledge of required roles, skills and capabilities for digital organisations· extensive ability to set goals, follow through, deliver and follow up· extensive experience of using a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs· excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and communicate with senior business-leaders and Technology Leadership · knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people As a person you have strong leadership capabilities as well as proven experience of managing and delivering projects. With the ability to direct effort to achieve long-term business objectives, you master and coordinate activities (incl. virtual) to help achieve project goals. Building trustful relationships comes naturally to you. From experience you understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of technology as an integrated part of the business. ABOUT THE JOBIn this position you will be responsible for planning, driving, leading and delivering projects within Group Digital's project office. You will manage dependencies and develop and execute change control and at the same time lead, coach and develop the digital project team members, driving consistency of ways of working and promoting best practices in project execution. You will:· be responsible for planning, managing and delivery of assigned projects within the project office, including time, cost, scope and quality· identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks· manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organization· with support from internal purchasing organization, manage procurement and vendor relations within project, including follow up on performance and deliveries from vendor · perform project reporting through providing Digital Project Office Manager with key milestones updates and content for measuring and following up project quality and performance · drive continuous improvement of project quality and performance in assigned projects· manage stakeholders by identifying stakeholders, planning for stakeholder management and following up on engagement· provide Digital Project Office Manager with insight to the resource capacity- and resource planning· work in compliance with all aspects of how we work with projects (quality assurance process, plan, execution, steering and follow up)· lead, coach and develop project team members, promoting best practice in project execution· provide support and guidance as needed to Digital Project Leaders, encouraging good practices
