hela Sverige Corporate Security aims to protect the personnel, brand, assets and operations of Volvo Cars by providing global Security and Crisis Management. We set the general governance for Security and Crisis Management and define relevant roles and responsibilities for the whole group. Corporate Security is a function reporting to the head of Global Facility Management (FM).
The Corporate Security team consist of four Senior Security Specialists that globally work with the whole scoop of Security Management.
The Crisis Management Specialist is a critical role within Corporate Security. Under the direction of the Head of Corporate Security, the Crisis Management Specialist is responsible for execution of an integrated, long-term strategy for Crisis Management, and also develop processes, instructions and guidelines within the area. The Crisis Management Specialist shall also educate, train and give support to the Crisis Management (CMT) and Emergence Response (ERT) Teams within the business and administer and coordinate the review and testing of Crisis Management Plans. The Crisis Management Specialist will work close together with Security specialists as part of the Corporate Security delivery to the Group and also assist in the development and execution of the overall strategic agenda and prioritisation of deliverables. In addition to achieving organisational goals, the candidate will work to enhance engagement and collaboration driving effective integration with all cross-functional partners.

The position is located in Gothenburg Sweden, but travel internationally will be a part of your job
Requirements: .
• Minimum of 10 years' experience working with global Crisis
• Management in the private sector
• Academic degree / University in relevant area of education
• Experience from similar role within a large international organisation
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Driving License, B-level
Meritorious: .
• Solid experience in other security areas
• Experience of working in an international product development and manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High ability to take initiative and cooperate cross functional
• Ability to develop and maintain network
• Analytical with good judgement
• Courage and persuasive
• Holistic view and conceptual thinking
