Senior Creative /Creative Director
At Radon, we create experiences of all shapes and sizes. Right now, we are looking for a senior creative/creative director with a love for big branding concepts, new technology, smart PR ideas, beautiful ad campaigns, and everything in between.
What you will be doing
• Acting as the lead creative and the driving force in project groups.
• Working closely with strategists and account directors to set a clear creative goal for your clients.
• Working with film, advertising, branding, tech and PR - any type of communication
• Navigating both B2C and B2B ideation
• Working in the creative team to build pitches, form concepts, and oversee the full production from start to finish
• Meeting clients, pitching, and being social
• Getting your hands dirty in every part of a project
Who you are
• A hybrid creative. You understand and are comfortable in the traditional advertising channels, but don't limit your creativity to that expression. You're embracing new technology and are eager to take brand creativity to places and spaces it hasn't been before.
• Someone who can sell. You understand creativity but also how to sell it with confidence, in pitches, towards clients, and internally.
• Hungry. We're looking for someone with the ambition to be a part of making
V_RADON a top agency globally
• 7-10 years of agency experience. Preferably in a global context
• A nice mix of craft and creativity
• Split vision. You can work on several projects at the same time
• Great work ethic and prestige less
• A fun, social, and warm individual
