We are now recruiting a Clinical Education and Learning (CE&L) Developer for a assignment at the department of Clinical Quality Management, AstraZeneca, Mölndal. This position offers an opportunity to use your expertise in learning and development (L&D) processes to develop and manage global projects within CE&L. Preferred starting date is 1 June and the position duration is one year.
The Senior CE&L Developer is responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality education material with global applicability to global Clinical Development customers. The Senior CE&L Developer manage global projects within CE&L, including building and maintaining project plans as well as meeting time lines and quality demands. The role also involves coaching and training of junior CE&L colleagues. The Senior CE&L Developer will work with Knowledge Experts to develop blended training packages covering a wide range of topics e.g. technical skills and knowledge, processes. They will be responsible for ongoing maintenance of CE&L materials in line with customer and business needs.
We are looking for L&D professional with expert knowledge of L&D methodologies and learning styles. The successful candidate requires the ability to design, develop and deliver professional education programs in both classroom and electronic format. Proven ability to apply CE&L skills to different areas is required and project management experience is necessary. Previous experience of pharmaceutical industry and clinical processes are preferred but not necessary.
It is essential to have good pedagogic and communication skills. Candidates should be social and customer orientated and you should be comfortable to work in an international environment. Excellent swedish and english is required, both spoken and in writing.
