About the job:
This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for four months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Essity.
The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you as a consultant have the same security as an employee. Tasks and responsibilities:
In the role of Senior Buyer, you will work with the procurement of consulting and HR services, for which you are also the category manager. Examples of services you procure include engineering services, recruitment, training and development, and services related to fleet management. You will also conduct local, regional, and global tenders for these categories where you negotiate contracts and terms. It is more common in this role to negotiate new agreements rather than renegotiate existing ones.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Several years of experience negotiating indirect services, preferably within consulting and/or HR services
• Experience in procurement of fleet management services is meritorious
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; fluency in Swedish is a plus
We believe that the ideal candidate has the ability to understand business principles, entrepreneurship, and corporate finance. You understand costs, revenues, profits, and markets and can independently apply this knowledge in your work. Furthermore, you possess analytical skills and can reason through complex situations. Given that the assignment is limited to four months, you must be able to structure your own work and independently drive your processes forward. To succeed in this role, you also need the ability to think and reason strategically and see the long-term significance of things.
