In this position you serve as the senior-most support person for users in our Isaberg Rapid business unit. You will work in close connection with the local management of our Rapid facility and our Northern Europe Business Management team to provide professional and value added IT. You will support, analyze development needs, set up Business Cases, develop Work packages or Change Requests for development by other IT units, help coordinating and planning user testing and training.
You will be a key member of our SAP implementation project currently underway and assist the business in adapting and implementing SAP.

Some examples of the tasks you will be responsible for:
• Support the legacy ERP systems (IMI Order, IMI Warehouse and Microsoft Dynamics AX) until we move to SAP
• Be on the SAP core project team providing implementation support to the business unit.
• Develop reports and data extractions from/to ERP databases
• Support, monitor and troubleshoot EDI data flows
• Help developing IT solutions to integrate local systems with other Business units and Corporate IT systems
• Help supporting and troubleshooting computers, network, mail clients and Microsoft Office.
We expect you are a strong and open-minded team player with good communication skills, good business knowledge and have ability to analyze and understand business problems and how these can be supported by IT. You should have at least five years working experience in IT business related fields after graduating either from Business Information Management or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
You should have good experience with Tier 1 ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX). Knowledge of IMI Order and IMI Warehouse is a plus. You will have strong technical and analytical skills, are structured and have basic knowledge in financial principles. Fluent English and Swedish, both in speech and writing, is a must. Project Management experience is preferred. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and a larger role within the Global IT organization over time.
