As a Senior Business Controller at CEVT, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of highly motivated and experienced professionals in a culturally diversified environment. You will have the ability to work with all aspects of finance and controlling in a large international R&D company. It is a broad role where you will work both with high level analysis down to a very detailed level, with truly operational hands-on tasks. One exciting part of your role will be as business project leader since we are about to implement a new planning system (SAP SAC).
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has experience in budget processes preferably within R&D or consulting services business. Someone who is interested in different financial tools, digitalization, automation, and continuously working with process improvements. You will be part of a great team of 6 controllers with different sets of skills.

Responsibilities and deliverables
• Budget & forecasting process owner (in cooperation with the Head of Program & Operational controlling)
• Responsible for setting internal and external hourly rates, and developing methods and principles.
• Support in managing closing activities. (Reporting is done by a shared service center)
• Hands-on operational controller to secure Budget, Actuals and other Financial and operational data seamlessly can be extracted with quality from various IT systems.
• High digital literacy; learn quickly and comfortable to work with new IT systems.
• Advanced Excel, Power query, Business Intelligence tools
• Experience with SAP ECC, BPC BW or SAC
• As a senior business controller with capability to take on different ad hoc 's task e.g., Business control analyzes to senior management as-well as to develop the financial processes.
Experience and education
• > 5 years of job experience within related financial areas
• University degree in finance or equivalent work experience
• Strong skills within IT and financial systems
• It is a plus if you speak Chinese
