hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2024-10-21ArbetsuppgifterWe are seeking an experienced Business Consultant for an assignment within the banking sector. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the restructuring, coordination, and management of two key committees, focusing on project execution and team support. This is a senior position that requires strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities as a Business Consultant, your key tasks will include:
Project Execution: Coordinate project deliverables and, in some cases, execute them independently. You need to understand the project topics, manage deliverables with stakeholders, and create work products yourself. This includes guiding stakeholders on how to use existing templates, tracking deadlines, and proactively reminding stakeholders of important dates.
Team Support: Attend meetings, provide regular updates to team members, and structure team tasks using tools like Excel or Kanban. You will also create presentation materials for team meetings.
Examples of Tasks:
• Scheduling and organizing meetings
• Identifying and communicating with meeting participants
• Proactively obtaining input from the Chair on the agenda topics
• Coordinating with speakers to ensure they prepare materials in advance
• Making sure materials are distributed to participants before the meetings
Required Skills and Experience:
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively and drive collaboration with various stakeholders
• Project Management: Experience in leading and executing projects, including coordination and implementation
• Communication Skills: Skilled in creating clear and structured materials for presentations and meetings
• Language: Fluent in English (required)
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of data governance
• Experience with project execution and implementation
