Job description:
Based in Stockholm or in Warsaw, you will act as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will analyze operator markets, identify challenges and opportunities for Huawei’s customers, study Huawei’s competitors and support our customers in their efforts to improve competitiveness using Huawei solutions. You’ll have the following responsibilities:
• Research the CEE & Nordic telecom market and related industries such as the media and internet business. Based on studies covering customers, competitors and industry trends, identify new business opportunities and provide advice about strategic options for Huawei and its customers
• Present and discuss research results Huawei-internally and with Huawei’s customers
• Apply, introduce and popularize best practices of analysis methodologies, processes and IT platform planning
• Communicate with consulting companies, Huawei customers, research branches of investment banks and other institutions
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• At least 10 years of experience in the telecoms IT or Internet business, of which over 5 years in consulting companies
• Good contact network in the CEE & Nordic telecom industry
• Track record of deep research on market, customer, competition, industry and technology in a certain field of the telecoms industry
• Ability to skilfully use research and forecasting methodologies and processes; ability to teach others to use them
• Willingness to take challenges and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent skills in authoring professional documents and presentations
• Excellent presentation skills; ability to lead strategy discussions with executives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English; good command of a Scandinavian or Central/Eastern European language.
• Ability to undertake business travel as required
It’s an advantage if you have a certain understanding of Asian culture, especially Chinese culture.
Organization:
Based in Kista (Sweden) or Warsaw (Poland), you will be part of Huawei’s CEE & Nordic regional marketing team.
