What you'll do
As a Senior Business Analyst within Global Finance Development you will lead the development and maintenance activities in the SAP solution landscape supporting all the finance processes. This work will provide a great opportunity for the right person to gain knowledge about Volvo Cars finance processes and tools. Significant interaction and close cooperation across all areas within Volvo Cars is required.
* Manage and drive business development for the system solutions supporting all finances processes
* Identify areas of technology and process improvement and drive development together with stakeholders, such as process owners, key users, business application managers and IT
* Analysing and communicating business and user requirements and developing business requirement specifications
* Keep track of trends, latest news and external benchmark to ensure best in class
* Actively lead and participate in operational development and improvement projects
* Approval and quality assurance of change requests in liaison with business application managers
* Workshop facilitation and training
* Experience in developing and implementing strategies and develop business relations
Do you fit the profile?
To succeed in the role you need to have the ability to work and be comfortable in a dynamic environment under continuous development. You further need to have a proactive approach with ability to prioritize to deliver on commitments with tight deadlines. You also need to have highly developed analytical skills and be result oriented with customer focus. Finally because you will have a lot of contact both internally and externally, you need to have excellent communication and presentation skills.
* University degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 5 years work experience.
* Thorough Application experience within SAP FI/CO and SAP PS
* Extensive experience from finance related processes and project and program management
* Experience of working within a similar continuous improvement related environments
* Experience from full life cycle projects, from blueprinting to support
* Experience from designing and configuring solutions
* Strong technical knowledge; integrations, migrations, and reports
* Fluent in English, verbally and written
