Job duties
You will be working in a development team full of experts in various areas of our Nordic CRM solution, contributing to ensure that the requirements are being met, both today and in the future. We want to strengthen the AI and automation areas, and these will be your primary responsibilities.
As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will work closely with your Product Owner, Solution Architect, Automation lead and customers to discuss ideas. Then collaborate with teams from design, development and implementation perspective.
You will be responsible for designing new features/components and handle the lifecycle management from beginning to end.
You will be working out of Solna or Copenhagen in a combination of working in the office and working from home.
We believe that you have background as a developer and have added architectural and lead skills on the way. We also think that you have a structured, analytical and solution-minded approach.
It is important that you are a quick learner, have a passion to deliver value and are welcoming new and exciting challenges.
As you will be working close to several different stakeholders in an international organization you will need strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Any knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Beyond these qualifications, we're also looking for someone who has:
- 3-5 years of experience with creating scalable, flexible multi-cloud solutions that leverage the strengths of different cloud platforms in Salesforce or similar systems.
- 3-5 years of experience with chat, chatbots, speechbots and knowledge tools
- Expertise in cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Advanced implementation of AI and machine learning models
- Ability to work and deliver creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Experience working with business process and development teams to design.
- Excellent presentation and demo skills.
- Experience in writing solution and technical documents.
- Understanding of key Salesforce architectural concepts
- Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
- Experience working in agile environment
