As Senior Accountant Sales, Inventory and Outbound Logistics within Global Finance Operations, you will have a great opportunity to gain inside knowledge about the VCC processes, accounting and organization. Significant interaction and close cooperation cross all areas within VCC is required to find the best processes and secure high quality financial accounting.
Main responsibilities
* Advanced accounting and accounting advices within the area of responsibility
* Book closing activities
* Advanced actuals reporting and analysis, such as inventory revaluation, gross margin analysis etc.
* Act as a functional leader for the vehicle sales flow
* Work closely with Financial/Business Control as well as Group Accounting within area of responsibility
* First point of contact for VCC Global Accounting Centre (GAC), located in Madrid
* Actively drive process development and transfer knowledge to VCC GAC
* Contribute with positive energy to the great atmosphere at VCC
Who are we looking for?
* University degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with 5-8 years relevant experience
* Excellent knowledge of accounting, Controlling experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite
* Great analytical skills and easily understands the big picture
* Good knowledge in Excel and SAP, preferably also in Hyperion
* Good knowledge of Finance processes in general and ability of applying these in the daily work
* Fluent in English
* Process oriented, structured and logical in approach
* Great communication skills
* Result driven and ability to prioritize to deliver on commitments with tight deadlines
