hela Sverige Perido is now looking for a Consultant Responsible to one of our clients, a well-known retailing company. Here you will work with sourcing; one of the company 's central functions, but you will also work with functions and divisions such as HR, Governance and New Business. This position is located just outside the south of Stockholm.
As a Consultant Responsible you will, among other things, administrate the consultant procurement process from start to finish, introduce, follow up and terminate consultants and interact with offshore vendors regarding resource fulfilment on the operational level. You will also act as a first line support regarding different consultant-related questions, cooperate closely with object owners, spread information to relevant stakeholders and monitore contract milestones and dates for contract termination.
In order to be successful and enjoy your work, we believe that you are a flexible person that likes to meet new people and also enjoys doing administrational tasks. You are a great team player but have the ability to work independently and take your own initiatives as well. Your communicative ability enables you to understand and meet your stakeholders' perspective, both on the operational and strategical level.

Required qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, economics, communication or others
• Experience from recruitment administration
• Excellent skills in Excel and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both oral and written
Meritorious
• Knowledge in Sourcing and related matters such as planning and recruitment
• Experience of working with vendors
• Experience from working in an IT-department, with a high understanding of the roles and competences in an IT-delivery
Contract type and hours
Fulltime, with start 2018-04-16. End date 2018-10-31.
