Epiroc Rock Drills AB is currently looking for a Security Strategist, who will play an important role in contributing to further developing the security function to meet organizational and stakeholders demands to protect our people and core business. This role reports to Security Manager Rock Drills AB, servicing all entities of Epiroc Rock Drills AB and cooperating with other Epiroc entities.

You will work in a small efficient team, highly integrated with the overall business, where you will own and drive your area of responsibility from start to finish.
Your mission
Your mission as a Security Strategist is to contribute and drive appointed areas within the security agenda including related initiatives in accordance with the security strategy set by the Security Manager. Security work at Epiroc Rock Dills AB has a broad perspective (such as physical, personal, travel -security, internal investigations, secure recruitment process, crisis management, security trend analysis), pro-actively balance risk in a decentralized organization with high focus on security awareness, supporting and train managers based on influencing risk factors, industry trends and benchmarks. Assuring the security at Epiroc Rock Drills AB is on par with industry standards, is compliant with relevant applicable laws and is managed in a cost-efficient way.
You will be part of a small team but also work together with other colleagues across the business to reach the target.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.

Your profile
As an ideal candidate for this role, you are a generalist with a formal education in security risk management (such as Riskhanteringsakademien or likewise) and broad competence within security including a couple years of experience. You are self-motivated and takes initiative to develop assigned areas, able to work on a tactical level as well as managing and maintaining operational "day to day" work. You have a proactive and flexible mindset in order to be prepared to adapt to the changes in the outside world.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to work in a structured and calm way and have the ability to see the big picture. In order to reach the target, you need to have a good business understanding and like to cooperate with many parts of our business. As this role requires local and global collaboration, a good level of both Swedish and English language is necessary.
