In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be in the forefront of developing solutions that protects the Bank against a complex threat environment.
• Develop and implement protective controls that strive towards more robust internal control areas.
• Analyze security risks and threats to the organization, both internally and externally. This involves conducting risk assessments across the Bank, staying updated with industry trends and best practices and making recommendations for mitigating security risks.
• Support in the design and implementation of preventive security protocols, monitoring solutions and technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders within the organization, to ensure a holistic approach to all security aspects for the Bank.
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• At least three years' experience from working within the personnel security field, preferably with focus on mitigating internal threats.
• Knowledge and experience in handling security incidents and creating risk mitigation plans.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing and implement preventive controls and monitoring activities.
• Experience in identifying and assessing security risks, preferably within personnel and physical security.
• Demonstrate social skills and a team player mentality.
