hela Sverige Your mission will be to - along with a number of SCRUM teams - be part of delivery of complex software applications for Capital Markets solutions for a leading Swedish business bank.
Your work will cover the entire development process, from requirements analysis to design, implementation and quality assurance.
It is demanding tasks that require both knowledge, accuracy, creativity, and not least customer focus by creating customer satisfaction both in terms of quality and delivery time frames.
You need to have the ability to lead, inspire, inform and communicate. We work according to the ITIL and SAFe Agile framework.
The ideal candidate for this service meets all the criteria below:
Knowledge of information security, privacy, security risk management and business continuity industry standards and legislation
Understanding of ISO27001, ISO27002, ISO 27005, ISO 22301, ISF Standard of Good Practice, ISAE3000, ISAE3402
Understanding of CIS benchmarks
Practical skills in Security development lifecycle
Preferable knowledge of CSA star certification requirements
Previous experience in information security field and IT infrastructure (incl. networks, cloud solutions, data centers)
Penetration testing skill is a strong advantage.
In addition to your knowledge and several years of experience it is also required that you are having high consultancy skills, are a team player that enjoys collaborating, have good communication skills and can be convincing both to customers and colleagues.

Duties and responsibilities:
Implementation of Information Security Management System (ISMS), governance framework, security controls and business continuity requirements for:
developed services, products, solutions, operations
development, delivery, support and other processes
cloud/infrastructure/other services used in cooperation with responsible units
Follow-up on implementation of information security, business continuity, privacy, security risk management and certain compliance requirements
preparation and participation in audits (customer & internal)
review the results of security assessments
validation of implemented security controls
Review Security and Privacy Documentation
review of the security part of customer agreements and SLAs
management of disclosed vulnerabilities and issues
tracking the level and quality of security controls in products and services
analyzing and improving current ways of working
Support:
Handling of security incidents
identification of security risks
filling-in answers to security questionnaires
contributing to RFPs
ensure awareness and internal trainings on standards requirements and compliance handling
advisory support for colleagues and customers on compliance related topics
collecting KPIs for the security controls in customer services
