In the role as a Security Coordinator known Consignor you will join a diverse management team consisting of roles within Order Management, Warehousing, SHEQ and Operations development. In order to succeed with our mission, collaboration and inclusion is the key and something we value and care for.
The Security Coordinator will report to the GDC/RDC Operations Manager Örebro which also have the role as Security Responsible for the local certification at the Örebro site.
Your mission
This is a temporary role for 12 months. The mission for this role is to make sure that DC Örebro fulfils and act according to the Known Consignor laws and regulations, current and future needs. Meanwhile safeguarding that defined processes enables internal flexibility and adherence to personal integrity.
You will be the main contact person towards monitoring authorities as Transportstyrelsen and will be the one who Coordinate and secure that needed personnel undergoes proper Security clearance.
You will be the owner of the internal routines and processes connected to Known Consignor and be the
main contact person for both internal and external stakeholder and partners.
During these 12 months the mission will also be to evaluate and define the long term needs for both the Known Consignor certification at our Distribution Center as well as the proper organizational set-up to continue to stay compliant.
Your profile
We are looking for you who have earlier experience working with security clearance processes.
You need to have knowledge and experience of performing Security clearance interviews and skills related to documentation and creation of instructions and processes.
High understanding of GDPR legislation and experience within aviation or supply chain is preferred
Fluent verbal and writing in both Swedish and English is required for this position

It is a plus if you have previous leadership experience and/or from working with local Union negotiations and relations.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel might be required within Sweden.
