We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. If you are a curious and open-minded person interested in new opportunities, this offer is for you!

In addition to the dynamic and international environment of our customers, the internal support of our Team ensures a wide range of development possibilities. We have a fluent knowledge of Agile methodologies.

You will be the daily agile leader for the software development team and product development teams, who are autonomous teams working in an agile process. You will also take part of establishing and driving our development process and events and support team evolvement and culture together with product owners and engineering managers. Moreover, you will take an active part of a Scrum-of-Scrums Hub where pains and gains are shared for quick resolve and knowledge sharing. You will also contribute to our culture and collaboration. Our scrum masters have different backgrounds from various countries, industries, and previous roles and this creates a very progressive climate that makes us all learn and grow.

Job duties & key tasks:

* Introducing, coaching, and facilitating the practice of Scrum and Agile best practices
* Promoting the Agile mindset in daily work with different teams
* Planning sprints/ grooming/ demo/ retrospectives
* Resolving obstacles, setting up and supporting scrum artifacts (JIRA)
* Coordinating releases
* Communicating with other teams and stakeholders
* Tracking KPIs

Qualifications:


* At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role as Scrum Master
* Highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills, in particular, the ability to plan, define and achieve goals
* Good organization of own and teamwork (knowledge of Confluence and JIRA)
* Excellent knowledge of English is a must
* Knowledge of the Swedish language is a plus
