We are in the process of developing a new feature for Scania (and TRATON) that promises to be a game-changer in our ability to create innovative solutions. The complexity of this project has prompted us to assemble some of Scania's brightest minds, complemented by capable leaders and ambitious developers. What we do
Scania is dedicated to achieving science-based sustainability targets in the field of transportation solutions. In a rapidly evolving world, the key to achieving speed and flexibility in developing new solutions lies in delivering frequent iterations with fast feedback loops. The CI-machine serves as the pivotal enabler for this endeavor.
Today, many companies have adopted Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for their software development. Some have even successfully implemented CI/CD for both software and hardware within specific product platforms. Our mission is to create an automated pipeline - an integration-as-a-service solution - that allows designers to Build, Configure, and Trigger relevant tests for both software and hardware across the complete Scania modular system.

Who you are
You are a natural leader with a passion for Agile methodologies and a knack for solving problems. You excel in communication and collaboration, always striving to inspire and motivate your team. You're detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to guide team members in their development while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key responsibilities
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team remains aligned and focused.
• Support engineers by removing roadblocks and facilitating continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to maintain backlog and roadmap.
• Inspire the team and recognize individual and team accomplishments to maintain high morale.
• Collaborate with management to organize effective onboarding processes for new team members.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on personal development and performance.
• Cultivate an engaging work environment that promotes creativity and productivity.
• Identify and address potential challenges to keep the team engaged and focused.
• Involve the team in collaborative efforts to achieve impactful improvements.
Your profile
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to inspire and lead teams toward achieving their goals.
• Adept at identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborative and open-minded, with a focus on team success.
• Experience in software development or engineering, with the ability to contribute to technical discussions (preferred).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certifications (pre-ferred).
