We are now looking for a Sustainability Program Manager to deliver a complex program in order to secure Ericsson. Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility (S&CR) drives programs, strategy and company direction for Ericsson. This includes programs/project leadership, support to business and market areas on roadmap development, internal and external interfaces as well as advocacy on the topic, and improving the company and portfolio sustainability & CR performance.
Position Summary
We are looking for a engaged person to join the sustainability unit with the tasks to drive projects, develop material, follow up progress in programs, organize and participate in meetings, representing the unit internally and help head of unit drive strategy and agenda forward.
As sustainability program manager, you will be responsible to:
Help drive innovation, strategies and targets as well as organize meetings for cross Business Area/Market Area projects/programs.
Lead projects and engagements with internal and external stakeholders
Build own subject matter area specialty
Develop presentation materials participate in meetings on behalf of the unit
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Master's Degree in a relevant discipline such as strategy, business or the equivalent level of knowledge.
Interest in working with climate action, circular economy, energy performance, digital inclusion and other relevant sustainability topics
Ability to give presentations for different audiences.
Experience from business development, brand, communication and as well as program/project management strategy in a global organization is advantageous

Excellent communication and networking skills
Genuine interest and passion in Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility.
Fluent in oral and written English
