We are recruiting for a newly created role of Financial Treasury & Compliance Manager, with Private Equity (PE) experience. The position is permanent, full time and you will be located at Karnov Group's Stockholm office. You report to the CFO based in Copenhagen.

Publiceringsdatum2011-11-25Dina arbetsuppgifterIn this position you will have the overall responsibility for the Scandinavian Financial Treasury & Compliance duties to ensure best-in-class cash and liquidity management, treasury operations and controls, corporate financial management and risk management. You will be the primary contact on treasury and compliance issues.
Furthermore, your main duties include:
• Ensuring that the company's cash flow is adequate
• forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from cash flow
• establishing and implementing efficient and controlled payment and cash management structures
• undertaking risk management activities to protect the company's financial well-being
• progressing specific financial projects such as acquisitions of other businesses
• creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge
• monitoring and ensuring treasury compliance
• keeping up to date with financial and industry developments
• monitoring bank loan, including monthly/quarterly reporting and monitoring of covenants.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
For this position, it is a requirement that you have a relevant education within the field and experience from a similar position. You have fluent oral and writing skills in English and solid inter-Nordic communication skills. You are also able to travel within Scandinavia.
As a person you are pro-active, self-driven and outreaching. You are a team player, with good collaboration skills and the ability to understand how to work and communicate in a Scandinavian environment is key to this role. Furthermore you have a strong drive and an ability to understand the needs of others.
