SAP Center of Excellence (COE) is part of the Group IT organization. We have the best SAP talents in our field taking on challenging global assignments across the Volvo Group. Leveraging on their SAP skills combined with a very good understanding of the Volvo processes and IT solutions, we deliver concrete SAP solutions and provide added value to the Volvo Group through Tech-watch and Proof of Concepts.

As our employee you will:
Design, architect, configure, implement a large scale, complex SAP Finance and Controlling solution in S/4HANA. Be actively involved in the preparation, conceptualization, realization and go-live of implementation projects
Facilitate collaborative architecture discussions with IT
Influence transition states toward joint business outcomes building on SAP solution value
Facilitate detailed process discussions with stakeholders, CFO community and Business Controllers
Leverage industry and SAP reference architectures
Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews
Develop detailed plan of process implementation
Define detailed functional specifications
Lead industry / corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP / non-SAP)
Assist in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans (investigate, analyze, and solve software problems)
Analyze and map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary modifications when needed
Support the internal Finance Consulting Practice with spot consulting and internal projects and commit to the success of customers, partners, colleagues.
Identify, extract, and share knowledge assets from S/4HANA projects with the internal Finance Consulting Practice
We are looking for you if you have:
SAP S/4HANA Finance hands on implementation experience and minimum 8+ years of SAP experience from 4 full SAP lifecycle implementations, 1-2 in S/4HANA.
Expertise of implementing SAP in more than 3 industry types covering manufacturing, service, automotive etc.
Expertise in configuration, testing and implementation of Financial Accounting and Management Accounting.
Experience from Controlling in the automotive or manufacturing industry
Understanding of systems engineering concepts and data/process analysis and modelling, knowledge of the technology landscape including current and future developments and the most commonly available products and integrated solutions
Experience from preparing functional specifications, executing test cycles, cutovers, go-live and hyper care, providing user training and documentation.
Expert knowledge in cross functional integration of modules
Broad knowledge of Finance business processes
You also have strong analytical, presentation and team building skills and are skilled in communicating effectively with stakeholders. You are proactive and participate in firm-based activities, own your own career and you have an ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving, always paying close attention to details. If you have experience from SAP Activate Methodology for implementation and Fiori, that is a plus.
Educational Qualification & SAP Certification:
Full time Masters/Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science/Economics or equivalent
MBA or Chartered Accountant with overall experience in Finance, Accounting and Controlling
S/4HANA Certification is mandatory
