You will be selling CycloMedia's solutions to customers in Sweden. CycloMedia is looking for a proactive candidate who wants to build up the business and be solely responsible for the expansion of CycloMedia in Sweden. You will report to the Sales Director in The Netherlands (headquarters CycloMedia).
• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to company results by accomplishing sales target.
Who we are looking for
• Senior sales professional with a minimum of four years of successful sales experience
• Bachelor degree
• Affinity with High Tech
• Proven track record in one or two of the following sectors: Engineering & Infrastructure, Telecom, Energy market, Insurance, Governments & Municipalities
• Excellent Swedish and English language skills
• Ambition and capable to become Sales Director for the Nordics
