We are looking for a Salesforce Product specialist to join our Nordic Salesforce team as soon as possible. You should be able to support, consult and challenge business / operations scalable and solid solutions through technical knowledge and operational experience. You will report to Nordic VP Business Development and act as a conduit between the business and CRM technical department, ensuring operational requirements and desired outcomes are suitably developed, documented and managed. You will coordinate the various project iterations ensuring business support and approval throughout the lifecycle, securing business sign off upon completion.What you'll do (first 12 months)Act as main point of contact between Salesforce, product and global operations to automate processes between Salesforce and other tools (backend, billing, MIDAS). Configuration within the Salesforce application including customizing; fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards.Understanding of security, user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field level security, groups, list views.Maintain overall system configuration, change control and enhancements.Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials.Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups.Support training of Salesforce to relevant project stakeholders.Present changes/system enhancements and overall training to diverse audiences, including senior management.Support the tracking and reporting of all Salesforce.com feature request(s) and development initiativesYour Skills:Project Management experience a must Proficiency with MS OfficeOutstanding analytical, business process and problem solving skillsAbility to troubleshoot system, process and data issues; ability to think clearly under pressureExperience with process analysis, ideally in developing and documenting; process flows, roles and responsibilities, defining requirements and translating them into system implementationSalesforce Administrator or Application Developer Certificate a plusB.S. or a B.A. degree, preferably in a quantitative subject, e.g. computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering Highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detailIndependent and rigorous working styleYou are a team player and love to think outside the boxYou are creative in data visualization (Tableau experience is a plus)Excellent English communication skills.
