Sales Support to Kofax
Job description
We are now looking for two co-workers to Kofax Sales Support team in Kista, Stockholm. Due to a system integration, Kofax needs two extra resources for three months to help support Sales and back office teams with their new CRM-system, Salesforce CPQ.
Key responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact and support to the sales team in Europe regarding the CRM-system and ensure that the purchase order process is handled correctly. In case of issues it will be your responsibility to identify the root cause and take necessary actions. In addition to this you will also process orders for the other Kofax products.
• Temporary employment 3 months. Start as soon as possible.
- Full-time, regular work hours (Mon - Fri 08-17).
- You will be employed as a consultant at Maxkompetens and work at Kofax office in Kista, Stockholm.
Your profile
We are looking for a person who has experience with working in a CRM-system, preferably Salesforce. You are a positive and customer focused person who is comfortable in dealing with different personalities. Furthermore you are a strong organizer with an administrative ability. You are fluent in English, spoken and written. Swedish is meriting.
