Business Unit Liquid Food (BU LF) is responsible for development and manufacturing of the units for processing of dairy, beverage and prepared food applications. We work closely with clusters to understand customer needs, create and convey our solutions that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers. BU LF has approx. 460 employees in four main sites: Lund in Sweden, Winsted in USA, Shanghai in China and Pune in India.
We are now looking for a Sales Support Manager to strengthen our team. In this position, you will support a number of clusters in selling our Dairy solutions and you will drive and develop the business together with the category team, in line with the global category strategy. You will report to the Manager Processing Cluster Support.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden and You should expect to travel approximately 20% yearly.
Main responsibilities
• Promote, market, quote and sell Branded Processing Units in close cooperation with the market companies
• Actively participate in the customer management process. Understand the customer requirements based on presented information and propose competitive solutions together with market company
• Actively plan and execute competence development in markets/clusters with respect to BU LF portfolio.
• Seek and follow-up on project inquires and provide required sales support.
• Build effective cooperation between the teams in market companies and business unit
Qualifications
As a person, you drive for results and is open to change, and enjoys multicultural environments and challenges. You have excellent networking and communication skills.
To be successful in this role we believe that you have a technical background with degree in Engineering. You have at least 5 years of working experience within the food processing industry and a technical understanding of production solutions. Frontline experiences in Clusters and some commercial experience is seen as highly meriting. You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
