What you'll do:
We are currently expanding and strengthening our sales department, and we are thrilled to offer a new role - Sales Support! As a Sales Support professional, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating closely with our sales team to assist them with various tasks. Your focus will be on long-term business development, fostering strong relationships with existing customers, as well as collaborating seamlessly with our Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams. Working with an international clientele, you'll be responsible for the entire sales support process.
In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in providing consultative support to our customers and demonstrating unwavering dedication and perseverance in nurturing long-term business relationships. Your passion for conducting successful transactions and engaging in meaningful business interactions will shine through your high level of activity and drive.
This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm, with the requirement to come into the office from time to time. The office will be moving to Östermalm, beginning in September 2023.
Your days will be filled with:
Taking ownership of customer relationships and maintaining ongoing communication
Managing customer contracts, royalty reports, purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices
Preparing new offers and contracts under the guidance of the Sales Manager
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as internal forecasting and offer follow-up
Providing support with translations, updating presentations, and maintaining CRM tools and the intranet
We are looking for someone with:
3-5 years of experience in Sales Support or Sales Administration
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in a third language is advantageous
Ability to efficiently handle various administrative tasks, build strong customer relationships, and drive tangible results have made you a successful sales support professional.
Possess a proactive approach, combined with keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Experience working in an international company setting preferred
Analytical mindset, autonomy, and excellent organizational skills
Ambitious, self-driven, and initiative-oriented
Positive, creative, and adept at problem-solving
