We are looking for an analytical, creative and service-minded Sales Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for promoting the products and service offer of the division "Customer Services" at BSH Home Appliances across Northern Europe. You will be part of a small team and report to the Head of Customer Service Marketing Northern Europe. Some international travelling might be required.
Your tasks:
Business Development:
• Identification of new business opportunities, sales channels and partnerships
• Participate in the development of new products and services
• Monthly sales Analysis: monitoring and reporting
Account Management:
• Negotiations, contract management, steering, monitoring and support of
regional & local key accounts
• Creation, implementation and follow-up of action plans
• Participation in IKAM meetings with other countries: presentation of sales and market development, joint development of optimization solutions
• Implementation of product launches and phase-outs
• Lead our TSE and CCSE projects together with Repair, Contact Center and Technical department.
Communications:
• Creation, implementation and follow-up of sales plans
• Promote our services and spare parts & accessories towards our B2B channels
• Support B2B partners and internal stakeholders with relevant sales material/ tools
• Sales and communication towards wholesalers, retailers, service partners, service technicians, Contact Center and other internal stakeholders
Your profile:
• Bachelor's degree or a commercial education, preferably within Sales
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in different roles within sales
• Proven experience in sales and account management
• A genuine interest for consumer behavior and shopping patterns, with good market knowledge and analytical skills
• Fluent in English, additional Nordic languages are a plus
