Production is located in The Netherlands, Germany and Sweden. The Swedish plant is located at Skoghall, while the Swedish marketing and sales group of 8 persons has its offices in Gothenburg.
We are now searching for a new colleague, who shall be responsible for
Sales planning and Sales assistance
to be located in the Gothenburg sales office.
Overall task for the Planning function is to optimize and balance production and stock levels with forecasted sales. Planning is made in close collaboration with marketing and with the European planning team in The Netherlands.
Work tasks and area of responsibility include:
• Production, stock and sales planning
• Weekly preparation of 8-weeks plans
• Daily contacts and consultation with central planning in The Netherlands, Swedish sales managers, Skoghall production management, transporters and customers.
Overall task for the Sales Assistant function is to provide general support to the sales team, the order desk and to take an active role in the daily operation of the Gothenburg office.
Work tasks include:
• Desk sales and general customer related commercial activities
• Problem solving with customers
• Production of sales reports and product documentation for customers and other interested parties.
The successful applicant has a university education, has an analytical and social character and is fluent in the English language.
