The company is a wholly owned subsidiary to Habanos S.A with headquarters in Havana, Cuba and Madrid, Spain. The main brands for the company are Cohiba, Montecristo, Partagas, Romeo y Julieta and Hoyo de Monterrey. We are market leader and category captain in the premium cigar segment, both regionally and globally. In our portfolio you will find everything from the super premium brand of Cohiba Behike to the low premium brand of Jose L Piedra. Both representing premium cigars, made by hand, of the excellent Cuban Tobacco. Our region headquarter is based in Gothenburg Sweden from where we distribute all Habanos brands throughout Northern Europe. Habanos Nordic AB has 15 employees and are situated in Högsbo-Sisjön, Gothenburg.

With excellent business skills you will drive and develop our salesforce, distributors, wholesalers, key accounts and contribute to Habanos Nordics continued business growth. You are responsible for sales management and trade marketing management in our business region Northern Europe, (Nordics and the Baltics).
Detailed follow ups on budgets, YTD business analyses, campaign/promotion development, key account management and coaching the sales force are your day to day business.
Your direct reporting team consist of 4 sales representatives in Sweden, Denmark and Estonia, plus 1 marketing assistant in the office in Gothenburg.
As a leader you are coaching, training and motivating your team to reach the overall company objectives. You travel app 30 days/year, meeting with sales team, distributors, key accounts and customers. You report to the Managing Director.
Desired Skills and Experience
• BSc in Business administration, minimum IHM or equivalent.
• Proven success in sales management, preferable FMCG, (fast moving consumer goods).
• Trade marketing experience, development of trade campaigns, trade incentives.
• Analytic and strategic skills
• Excellent skills in Excel and Business systems as controlling tools, preferable Pyramid Business Studio.
• Group reporting and dead lines.
• Fluent in Swedish and high level of English language required.
Who are you?
You have been working in the FMCG-field for several years. You have tried the manager role for at least 1-2 years and have proven skills in people management.
• Driven, analytical and business oriented with high communication skills.
• Self-motivated, result-orientated with a high energy level.
• Genuine passion for sales and sales controlling.
• As a person you are entrepreneurial, very active and used to take initiatives - a true "Doer". You like people and like to develop and coach your team to set and reach goals.
