Polestar operates out of our head office in central Gothenburg, with sales in more than 63 markets. Together with Oddwork we are seeking our next International Event Manager to join the Polestar Performance team in Gothenburg. 

About the position Sales & Service Coordinator to Polestar Performance
The Sales & Service Coordinator (SSC) is part of the MSS department, reporting directly to the Sales Manager MSS. SSC is responsible for supporting Polestar sales operations to reach the set targets. SSC will coordinate sales on its assigned region/markets, operate globally maximising activation and sell through according to the sales and marketing plan.

• Support Sales in its assigned region/markets to reach Polestar set goals
• Implement and coordinate over time the tactical sales plan on assigned region/markets
• Responsible for Sales support operations on assigned market
• Coordinate and follow up internal contacts and projects
• Be the key contact for NSC organisations decision makers on assigned region/markets
• Build key relations to secure Polestar awareness and ability to follow through with the set sales and marketing strategy
• Lead Customer Service and Sales support activities by example and through a non-prestige mind-set
• Maintain and promote strong, long-lasting dealer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to ASM & SM
• Secure cross team teamwork to achieve best practise and lean implementation/workflow over time
• Continuously communicate internally the plans and progress connected to the sales plan of assigned region
• Secure input of activities from sales team according to Polestar set guidelines
• Support other team members and functions to secure set targets

Your Profile

• Service minded
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels in business environment
• Successful previous experience as a Sales Support representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to execution
• Experienced user in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Ability to sporadic international travel
