Job Description
Responsible to support the expansion plans with country manager
Responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance and development of the new business opportunity
Drive volume and revenue growth to meet or exceed agreed targets of department and to achieve revenue target
Forecast, analyze and design appropriate sales and marketing plan in all changes for logistics industries
Prepare action plan by individual as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully
Self-driven and interdependent
Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
Coordinate work with other BGL Groups products/offices/departments/team locally and or nationally to optimize workflow and maintain high client loyalty.
Job Requirements

New Graduate or experience of working in logistics industry
Have an external focus and a real passion for Sales/ Marketing
Like to bring creativity & innovation to their work
Ability to work in a high profile and often high pressure multi-cultural environment
Have strong analytical thinking and skills
Bachelor's in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or other relevant higher education
Good presentation and team working
Good attitude and interpersonal skill
Good oral and written Swedish and English; German,Norwegian,Danish,Turkish is a plus.
Ability to travel
