We are now looking for an energetic and result oriented Sales person to Gothenburg.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work within the composite segment on the Swedish and eventually Norwegian markets
- Full handling of all sales related issues
- Plan and organise sales activities on the assigned region
- Maintain sales of a wide range of products from our Composites portfolio
- Service the needs of existing customers and build strong relationships
- Increase product awareness and insights in related markets
- Develop new business opportunities within existing and new clients
- Evaluate, monitor and assure sales performance
- Direct reporting to the General Manager Nordics, based in Helsinki
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Technical/commercial degree with work experience in the sales of raw materials
- At least three years of successful work experience in a technical environment
- Relevant product and industry knowledge preferable in the field of composite materials
- Strong interest in the chemical distribution market
- Excellent contact and communication skills (listening and speaking)
- Customer-oriented working approach and high flexibility
- High levels of commitment and clear hunger for success
- Very good sales and negotiating skills
- Hands-on attitude and capacity to work independently
- Business fluent command of English
- Willingness to travel at least 50-60%
