We are looking for:
A highly result driven and motivated person to manage and develop our business for our Key Account customers. The person we are seeking will become a key member of our sales focused and experienced organization. The position is located in Ängelholm. The Sales Manager will report to the Regional Sales Manager Africa & Key Account.
The job:
You will implement sales strategies and action plans with a hands-on approach to ensure sales and profitability goals. The Key Account segment consists mainly of global Aid Organizations and NGO's. This customer group is an important part of our sales strategy for developing countries with a large growth potential. Many of the customers have their procurement offices in Europe and the US, and therefore the position involves traveling. In addition, it will be required to develop sales channels to our tender customers also being a part of the Key Account segment. To be succesful in this position a proactive and innovative approach is necessary.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has a university degree in Business Administration, experience from the life science industry and a good command of English. Sales experience is mandatory and experience of working with Aid Organizations and NGO's is meriting. The following personal qualities are desired:
• Strong result and market orientation
• Urgency to get things done quickly
• Proven track record in an international environment
• Communication and negotiation ability at any level
• A well organized business conduct
