We're looking for a value driven manager for our High-Speed Separation business as our current manager is moving into a new role as Division Manager in one of our Sales companies. Our opportunity lies in developing a substantial business focusing on process industries with high focus on new chemical, renewable and recycling applications.


• Responsible for the global sales of High-Speed Separators (HSS) for applications in process industries
• Leading and motivating a team of 9 direct reports with sales and technical background and indirectly driving business through our 20+ sales companies around the world.
• Being responsible for increasing the pipeline of opportunities in line with the BU growth strategy
• Creating clarity on direction and secure excellent collaboration with sales companies.
• Securing excellent collaboration with Service and Execution teams in the Business Unit and across central units
• Securing competences and structure to scale the business including education and operation.
• Develop the digital presence culture to leverage sales. Secure communication to drive sales
• Driving through business opportunity to order
• Forecasting and budgeting

This role will be reporting to Head of Process Sales in BU ENS and based in Tumba, Sweden
During 2025 we will move to new top modern premises in Flemingsberg


About you:
To thrive in the role you have a strong drive to develop new profitable scalable business, a deep interest in understanding customer needs and identifying scalable business sweetspots to convert to orders together with direct team and sales companies. You 're passionate about sustainability, and leading teams making business out of it.

You possess the following skills:

• High sales focus
• Creating clarity and focus
• Strong communicator
• Making teamwork and collaboration. Inspired by agile ways of working.
• Comfortable in matrix environment
• Prestige less
• International sales experience. Profound experience in commercial sales and collaboration agreements.


What you know:
• Experienced technical commercial sales. 7-10 years of professional experience
• University education Ms or similar tech university or commercial with strong documented technical understanding
• We believe you are a seasoned business development professional with the capability to work in the unknown and communicate it in a clear and structured way. You have several years of technical-commercial experience linked to heavy & light process industries in an international setting. As well as experience from a matrix organization and an understanding of how to manage the customer journey with indirect responsibilities. You have a graduate degree in engineering, business, or similar. Besides working experience, we believe that you are passionate about sustainability and like to constantly grow your knowledge. Excellent communication skills, and fluent written and spoken English is a requirement.
