The main product for the company is premium Habanos Cigars, which is more than a tobacco product - it represents a life style. In our portfolio you will find everything from the super premium brand of Cohiba Behike to the low premium brand of Jose L Piedra. Both representing cigars made by hand of the excellent Cuban Tobacco. Our region head quarter is based in Gothenburg Sweden from where we distribute all Habanos brands throughout the Scandinavian and Baltic region. Habanos Nordic AB has 14 employees and are situated in Sisjön, Göteborg.

Analytic Sales Manager with high energy
We are looking for a Sales Manager with excellent business skills to drive and develop our salesforce, distributors, wholesalers and contribute to Habanos Nordics future business growth. You are responsible for sales planning, sales control, analysies and results per assigned region, development of new clients. The position focus on analysing and reporting figures related to sales, products, prices etc as well as developing sales cycle management through CRM. As a leader you are coaching, training and motivating your sales representatives to reach new levels using structured professsional sales methods. Your sales team includes 5 sales representatives in Denmark, Sweden and Estonia. You travel app 30 days/year meeting with sales team, distributors, and customers. You report to the Managing Director.
Desired Skills and Experience
• BSc or equivalent (IHM) in Business administration, marketing or sales.
• More than 3 years of proven success in sales management of fast moving consumer goods, including sales planning, developing and motivating sales team
• Earlier working and reporting experience in an international group listed on the stock exchange.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Analytical skills WITH common sense.
• Excellent skills in Excel and other Business systems.
