We are looking for Sales Manager for our Stockholm facility

Your Role
In the role as Sales Manager at our Service Division you will lead the profitable growth for one of our key Business in Sweden. In a changing environment, the Sales Manager will be close to our Customer and deliver core values to their business challenges. The Sales Manager is a key member of the Business where you will develop the strategy and execute it together with the team. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with promoting a "Customer focused" culture across the Business Units' supporting functions.

Your Challenges
• Build and develop strong customer relationships.
• Work across functions to create and develop a strong Pipeline of commercial proposals to target the customers with (Innovations, Material Supply Agreements) in order to grow our Customer "Share of Wallet".

Your Experience and Qualifications
To succeed in this role you need to fulfill the following criteria's:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering background or similar in Business/Marketing.
• Previous experience from a similar position preferably in after-market settings.
• Drive and a passion for winning.
• "Entrepreneurial skills" and excellent Business Acumen.
• Structured, analytical and have the ability to work under pressure.
• Proven success in Business-to-Business Sales & Contract Development.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

As a person you need to be entrepreneurial, analytical, structured and above all a doer that make things happen. You also need to have a strong drive for results and have a passion for closure of win-win business deals.
