Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager at Grale, you'll be at the heart of our growth - identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that make a real difference for the planet. You'll own the entire sales cycle, from spotting leads to sealing the deal.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
Identify and prioritize target customers across key segments (e.g. wholesalers, distributors, retail, FMCG, HoReCa, brand owners, facility management).
Build strong, long-term relationships and create tailored proposals that solve customer needs.
Manage meetings, pitch and present solutions with confidence to decision-makers.
Track and report on pipeline progress and sales performance in our CRM (Hubspot).
Ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Constantly explore new ways to reach potential customers and scale our sales.
Stay on top of market trends and customer insights to help refine our go-to-market strategy.

What you bring: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with physical products within sectors such as wholesale, retail, FMCG, HoReCa, facility management or sustainability.
A strong network in any of these sectors is a big plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Swedish and English.
Experience with CRM systems and a structured, data-driven sales approach.
You're someone who: Have a self-starter attitude - you take initiative and own your results.
Are results-driven and motivated by closing deals and building long-term customer relationships.
Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Is comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, running the entire sales cycle yourself.
