The role:
Working at the AdColony Stockholm office in the sales team, you will help drive Instant Play to growth and success. You will have a clear and thorough understanding of the end to end media ecosystem, you will be a strong sales manager and a prolific relationship builder.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Swedish team. Primarily, you will focus on sales processing of mobile and video advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers as a media expert - developing new business, and always secure performance metrics and results.
Make business with Swedens largest media agencies both with new and existing customers in an effort to drive customer objectives and ensure relation and reocurring sales.
Use data and metrics to increase sales and performance and strategically improve delivery.
Evaluate and improve internal salesprocesses to support efficiency and effectiveness.
Serve as a local expert on our core products Instant Play.
Required Experience
Demonstrable understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
Ability to operate independently, and also collaborate as part of a tight-knit team.
Highly motivated with a "can do" attitude and the ability to effectively operate and make informed decisions quickly.
Proven ability to adapt to change and drive results.
Data driven, self-starting and curious; ability to learn quickly.
Ability to multi-task, work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
A good understanding of successful content for various social platforms and video advertisements role in media landscape.
