ABOUT THE SERVICE - RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
As a Sales Manager for Hammer Nordic, you will have the overall responsibility for Hammers sales throughout the Nordic region, reporting directly to the European General Manager. You will have responsibility for a small sales team, which we are looking to expand. You will be responsible for contacts and close co-operation with Hammers suppliers and partners. You will get a thorough education of Hammer's products through our internal training programme. It is beneficial if you have previous experience from the IT industry, storage or server solutions in your previous roles.
We think you have several years of experience of B2B sales and that your previous role was responsible for a sales team or in a sales manager's role. You can demonstrate good sales results, as you will have profit and budget responsibility for your team in this role.

Driven by making profitable business and leading others
Like to work in a fast pace environment with strong customer focus
You have proven leadership experience with elements of coaching sellers
You have at least 3-5 years experience in B2B sales with very good results
Strong relationship builder with high business acumen and are free thinking
Driven and result-oriented, with a focus on creating long term relationships and growth
Good business English in speech and writing
