Position: Sales Manager - France
A Sales Manager at EMG is an energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated person with the responsibility to lead and develop a sales team that initiate and drive solution based and consultative selling to new and existing clients. With this position we are aiming to grow on the French market and strengthen our team. The role requires great leadership skills, sales skills and the ability to create maximum results in this market. The team is based in Stockholm and travel to France for client meetings a few days per month.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the sales team
• Reaching sales goals
• New business and account management
• Work closely with the CEO to strengthen the business
• Business development and strategies

Skills and qualifications:
• Proven ability and track record in leading and developing a sales team
• Proven track record in selling services B2B
• Proven ability to consistently hit sales targets
• Strong leadership skills
• Educated to a degree level
• Native French and fluent in written and spoken English

To be successful in this role, the right candidate requires a professional sales approach, the ability to lead and develop business processes to achieve great results.
