THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer for Outdoor Sales Sweden within the business area Infrastructure & Industry. You should have general knowledge within sales and CRM systems. In order to succeed in this role you need a general technical experience, preferably within infrastructure. Location is preferably at our office in Karlskrona.
Roxtec Sweden has a dedicated sales force focusing on customers in Sweden. Our dynamic organization includes outdoor sales people and indoor sales support working as a team to create business opportunities and loyal customers. We continuously develop relations through excellence in our services out in the field as well as from the office.
Key responsibilities:
• Sales, offering and support of the marketing of Roxtec's products/solutions within the segment
• Establish and follow action plans for the agreed period
• Maintain contact with existing customers and generate new ones
• Continuously register and maintain all contacts, activities and projects in the CRM system
• Conduct meetings with existing and new customers, with clear objectives and the highest quality
• Overall responsibility for prices, discounts and follow-ups on all offerings
• Planning and attending fairs together with the team
• Achievement of agreed sales targets, activity goals, pricing strategies, prices, deals, discounts and budgets
• Informing about projects, quotations, activities and sales development through our CRM system to the Sales Manager, Sweden
Background
• Experience within sales
• Experience of CRM system
• Technical skills/experience
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken
• Microsoft Office
• It is a merit if you have experience within infrastructure and industry
You are sales driven and goal-oriented. You take responsibility for your own work and you have very good planning skills. You are curious, social and have a driving force for change. You are well organized and focused on customer satisfaction and delivery of high quality. You possess the ability to establish and maintain good relations with customers and coworkers. You enjoy teamwork and contribute with team spirit.
