Dellner Service is responsible for the life cycle maintenance of train connection systems and offers services such as major overhauls, upgrades, modernizations as well as spare parts and repairs.
Your main responsibility as a Sales Engineer is to support our global sales team with technical assistance and product expertise to create strong customer relationships. You are responsible to deliver the most efficient and economical conceptual designs and overhaul proposals, following the customer 's specification as well as our internal preferences and processes. A central focus in your cooperation with our customers is to present our solutions and get approval from the train engineers. To be successful as a Sales Engineer travelling is required.
Internally you will work in close cooperation with functions such as; global area sales managers, project management, engineering, RAMS/LCC, testing and customer service.
The position is placed in Vika, Falun and you report to Global Support manager.
The successful candidate will have following profile
Job experiences:
• Minimum 3 years university degree within the area of the responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the area of the responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with CAD systems.
• Experience in analysing technical specifications and creating technical solutions/concepts.
• Experience with customer relations, presenting and selling your ideas.
Personal skills:
• Good technical understanding and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and communication skills.
• Service and result oriented.
• Well organised and structured in your work.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
