That 's why our new Strategy and Business Development unit is looking for new team members to join, to continue to develop our business and increase our market share.
We 're seeking for a Sales Director who is inspired by challenging global targets and the possibility to take a key position in our growth. If you 're in for a challenge, this is an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to lead, coach and develop a global sales team, follow thru on sales strategies, making sure we are overachieving on own and sales team 's targets.
The position demands excellent sales skills and knowledge coupled with strong leadership, planning, and management capabilities. The ideal candidate has a true enthusiasm for being in the forefront of sales, representing the company, making sure we 're at the right place, in the right time with the right and most interesting offer. Required is experience of deep hands-on sales to properly guide the team to excellence.
Description
• Being responsible for meeting or exceeding set revenue and margin targets and other objective aligned with the company 's strategic plan
• Continuously measure performance and take immediate action if necessary to rectify deviations to agreed targets
• Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in growth and future improvements
• Build, motivate and develop team and team members to meet future demands
• Build and develop strong relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Be the voice of the market internally towards other functions such as Product, Operations, Account Management etc
• In all, assure efficient execution of sales strategy
Our sales team is spread geographically so remote management is a part of your workday. Regardless of where you will be based, the position will require travelling.
Key Qualifications
• 10+ years experience in field sales, with great track record
• 5+ years of proven management experience developing and leading teams
• Experience of recruiting team members, in order to build high performance teams
• Experience and knowledge of Public tenders, great skills in calculating deals
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Great communicator with a customer-oriented and business mindset
• Bachelor 's degree in relevant field is preferred
