Job Description
You are part of Lindex Global Sales organisation and working in the Sales Operations department. This department is responsible for maximising the global sales, defining KPI's and profitability in all Lindex sales channels, by a digital first mindset. The department implement, follow up and maximise the efficiency and customer experience and are also working with the tactical development of Lindex store portfolio and sales operations. As Sales Controller, you work with the overall P&L and with analysis to recommend actions in all sales channels, to optimize and maximise sales. You work in close collaboration with different stakeholders to identify areas for increased efficiency and profitability. Example of work tasks: support all sales channels in controlling related questions (e.g. the global sales budget process), work with business cases for investment and procurements and responsible for forecasting and follow up.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Academic degree within Business or Economics
Previous work experience within Sales Controlling on a global level
Very good skills in Excel
English, both written and spoken
Meritorious: work experience from retail and B&M channels,
To succeed in this role, you are business-minded, customer-focused and you have strong analytical skills. You are used to be working with data as the main driver of the priorities and actions taken in your role. You thrive in a position where you collaborate with others, but also when you are expected to be self-going and self-driven. Your commercial mindset and great prioritisation skills will be of use and appreciated in this position. You are comfortable in an ever-changing environment, that offers a lot of exciting challenges and you look forward to further develop your passion for retail!
